MX Tickets SMS Terms

MX Tickets is a ticketing service for motocross events, operated by MX-Tickets Inc. (8 The Green Ste R, Dover, DE 19901, USA) and robin heat GmbH (Baumhofstr. 45, 44799 Bochum, Germany). The text message programs described here run under the MX Tickets brand registered by MX-Tickets Inc. These terms describe those programs, how you join them, and how you leave them.

Our two text message programs

Order and account notifications (transactional). When you create an MX Tickets account with your mobile number or buy a ticket, you agree to receive text messages about that account and those orders. These messages are sent in response to your own activity and include your ticket receipt and ticket links, reminders about an unclaimed ticket on your order, requests to sign an outstanding event waiver, and account and login messages. No promotional content is sent on this program.

News and offers (marketing). Separately, you may choose to receive marketing text messages about events, promotions and offers from MX Tickets, from the tracks you buy from, and from third parties. Those messages are always sent by us, from our own number — we never give your mobile number to an advertiser or partner to contact you directly. This is an optional opt-in that we ask for after a purchase, on your order receipt page. It is never required in order to buy a ticket, and declining it does not affect the order and account notifications described above.

How you opt in

You opt in to order and account notifications by entering your mobile number when you sign up or log in at mx-tickets.com. The consent disclosure linking these SMS Terms, our Terms and our Privacy Policy is shown directly above the phone number field, at the point your number is collected. You opt in to marketing messages separately, by agreeing on your order receipt page after a purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Order and account notifications are sent only when your own activity triggers them, so how many you receive depends on how many tickets you buy and how many waivers you need to sign.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to stop messages

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further text messages from that program. To join again, sign up or log in as you did the first time, or reply START.

How to get help

If you are having trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us at support@mxtickets.zendesk.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of data we share; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that deliver these messages on our behalf, and we never sell or rent it.
